Main goal of this season - preparation of the regular season.

Many athletes have sharply intensify they training loads to increase physical and mental status for upcoming season.

In pre-season athlete has following goals:

  • - Increase and optimize muscle mass without sacrificing stamina and agility;
  • - Build new muscular capillary network and increase blood flow to muscle tissue;
  • - Fine-tune and enhance all body systems for maximum performance;
  • - Increase energy, endurance and resilience;
  • - Significantly improve oxygen supply to all organs;
  • - Significantly reduce strain to organs and tissues caused by vigorous exercise;
  • - Improve and maintain high level of immune system.

To help with achieving these goals, SportMedix, Inc. recommend following regimen for pre-season training:

1. C.L.E.A.N. # 1 - Optimizes condition of the connective tissue. Increases ligaments flexibility, improves joints operation, and provides renewal of synovial (joint) fluid. In addition, improves elasticity of blood vessels while stimulating blood circulation and flow in muscle tissue, leading to a significant increase in muscle mass and improvements in capillary network. Noticeably diminishes weariness while prolonging endurance and providing effective recovery.
2. C.L.E.A.N. # 2 - Stimulates blood cells production in bone marrow. Effectively promotes constant replenishment of blood elements to improve a muscular capillary network.
3. C.L.E.A.N. # 3 - The immunopotentiator, promotes renewal of specialized cells in a thymus gland) tremendously enhances antiviral and antibacterial defenses of the body, fights sudden and chronic fatigue, while restoring work ability.

Regimen should be taken as follows:

  • Morning: C.L.E.A.N. # 1 - on an empty stomach for 30 minutes before the meal, mix 1 ml in 100 ml. of water.
  • Daytime: C.L.E.A.N. # 2 - on an empty stomach for 30 minutes before the meal, mix 1 ml in 100 ml. of water.
  • Evening: C.L.E.A.N. # 3 - on an empty stomach for 30 minutes before the meal, mix 1 ml in 100 ml. of water.
